You performed an excellent service

Well, it's been a few days and I'm still finding myself processing the event. I just wanted to offer my sincerest gratitude on your efforts in my defense. What a mess we started with but you swept the floor with all the parties on the other-side of the table, and I watched judge Bailey's expression as you made your argument and he was visibly impressed with your tactics as was I. A strange sense of loss overcame me as the emotions calmed.... I will have to part ways with someone who was totally committed to my cause yet had no stake other than doing your job to the best of your abilities. You performed an excellent service, and lifted the tremendous weight that is been dragging me down since 2013. All the best wishes for your future endeavors.

Took on an impossible mess

Emily Dunn of Dadvocacy Law of Miami took on an impossible mess I found myself blindsided by in late 2013. After my one and only son who had been residing with me since he was 11 years old turned 18, his mother whom I had paid in full for support walked in the doors of CSE and filed a fraudulent affidavit stating she had nearly $50,000 of arrears owed her. With an efficiency unlike any other government agency, the DOR was quickly garnishing and locking down all of my financial means. Through some luck of keeping most all of my payments and the exceptional finesse of Emily Dunn's motions and hearing tactics I walked away with zero owed and case closed. Dad's, a word of advice: Pay through CSE/DOR so your payments are tracked and most importantly, if you get jammed up your first call needs to be to Emily Dunn and Dadvocacy Law.
