Arturo joined Trembly Law Firm as a partner in 2018 after spending a decade in both commercial and civil litigation. Staci H. Genet, Esq.

Staci H. Genet is a Litigation Practice Group Manager and the Senior Litigation Counsel at Trembly Law Firm. She brings over 25 years of transactional and litigation experience in complex business, residential and commercial real estate matters, working with both business owners and real estate professionals. She focuses on increasing negotiation power and avoiding pitfalls that often result in litigation to protect her clients, so that they can focus on growing their business. When litigation can’t be avoided, Staci believes in achieving stated goals using efficient, cost-effective strategies that put the business owner first. Staci first attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor’s degree in English, and continued her education at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1990 for her Juris Doctorate degree.

Natalie Martinez, Esq.

Natalie Martinez is a Business and Trademark Attorney in the Business Development division of the firm who zealously advocates for her clients. Natalie is a proud double Seminole — she earned her undergraduate degree in English graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University and went back to get her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Natalie discovered a passion for business law; she completed a business law certificate and worked in the business law clinic where she advocated for and advised student and local entrepreneurs on the legal aspects for start-up companies. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017.

Tria Lawton-Russell, Esq.

Tria Lawton-Russell is a Litigation Attorney at the Trembly Law Firm. She has been a practicing litigation attorney since 2000. Tria’s vast litigation experience encompasses both County and Circuit Court, criminal and civil matters, in bench and jury trials. Tria began her career as an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, before moving a role as a Senior Attorney with the Florida Department of Children and Families (“DCF”) litigating dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Following her tenure at DCF, Tria was an Assistant General Counsel with the Agency for Health Care Administration (“AHCA”), the chief health policy and planning entity for the State for over nine (9) years. In addition to her practice in health care law, Tria was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami, advising the City’s building department regarding unsafe structures and other matters. As an Assistant City Attorney, Tria also advised the boards of the Parks and Virginia Key Beach Park Trust. Tria later served as the first in-house Administrative Counsel to the Superintendent of the Broward County School Board.

Estefania Negrette, Esq.

Estefania “Stef” Negrette is a Litigation Attorney at the Trembly Law Firm. Her practice focuses in the areas of business and commercial litigation as well as labor and employment. Prior to joining the Firm, Stef successfully defended insurers in lawsuits involving residential and commercial coverage and bad faith disputes. She has extensive motion practice experience including arguing dispositive motions resulting in dismissals and, in one case, the striking of an opposing party’s experts leading to the dismissal of the case on the eve of trial.
